Tina is driven by her personal journey of overcoming addiction and the freedom she has found in recovery. In 2016, she co-founded Kingdom Recovery P31, a faith-based recovery program dedicated to helping individuals in prison and those struggling with addiction access treatment and support. 

Eager to expand her impact, Tina joined Second Chances in 2023 to pursue her dream of counseling. As a Counselor in Training (CIT) with the Louisiana Addictive Regulatory Authority, she is also on the path to obtaining her Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC) credential. “I have a deep understanding of the death of the streets and what it is to run into the light of life, and I just want to give it back.”
