Keywanna Banks, a native of Rayville, Louisiana, and current resident of Monroe, has been working in the field of addiction and recovery for over 13 years. Inspired by witnessing the impact of addiction on her family, Keywanna pursued a career where she could make a difference. She joined Second Chances in February 2021 as the Administrative Assistant and Receptionist. 

In her role, she supports daily office operations, handles administrative tasks, assists with intakes, and greets clients and visitors. Keywanna finds fulfillment in witnessing clients’ transformations — from their vulnerability upon arrival to the light and confidence they gain upon completing treatment.
