Billy Minnifield, born and raised in Calhoun, Louisiana, is driven by his passion for helping others and giving back to the community. A graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in Human Resources, Billy is also actively involved with the Northeast Louisiana Recovery Coalition, furthering his commitment to supporting individuals on their recovery journey. 

For the past three years, Billy has served as the Business Development Manager at Second Chances, where he focuses on finding new resources and services to better support clients. He finds fulfillment in bringing people together and expanding opportunities for those in recovery.
